Tech Lead React AWS

About the Role

We are seeking a Tech Lead React AWS to technically lead frontend development squads, ensuring the delivery of scalable, well-architected solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Technically lead the frontend development team, promoting code and architecture best practices.
• Define and evolve architectures based on Micro Frontends (MFE) using Webpack Module Federation.
• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables by conducting code reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other Tech Leads to define solutions.
• Support the evolution of the Design System and component documentation.
• Lead initiatives in observability, automated testing, and CI/CD.

Requirements

• React and Next.js.
• TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture with Webpack and Module Federation.
• State management with Redux, React Context, and Zustand.
• React component lifecycle: useEffect, useCallback, and useState.
• Storybook for component documentation.
• CSS-in-JS with Emotion and Styled Components.
• API consumption and integration.
• HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.
• Unit testing with Jest.
• Docker, AWS, Git, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Cypress, Sentry, and SonarQube.
• Experience with Design Systems.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in technical leadership of frontend teams.
• Familiarity with agile squad culture and continuous delivery.
