Java Tech Lead / Software Architect

What you will do

• Leadership and mentorship: provide technical guidance to the engineering team, conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor developers.
• Architecture and modernization: define microservices architecture standards, system evolution strategies, and ensure alignment between technology and business.
• Quality and security: design secure solutions using OAuth2 and JWT, ensuring resilience and end-to-end observability.
• Crisis management: directly engage in resolving complex problems and handling critical incidents.
• Estimates and requirements: assist in defining scope, feasibility, and technical estimates alongside product and business teams.

What we are looking for

• Solid experience with Java 17+ and the Spring ecosystem (Boot, Cloud, Security, Data).
• Expertise in microservices, REST APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and enterprise messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, public clouds (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins).
• Practical experience with monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, ELK, or Application Insights) and security (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect).
