Tech Lead de IA Generativa

About the Role

We are looking for a Generative AI Tech Lead to technically lead legacy system modernization projects, focusing on the application of Generative AI (GenAI) and building tools based on LLMs and Python.

The position combines technical leadership, active participation in software development, and defining architectural directions for innovative solutions with language models.

Responsibilities

• Technically lead the development team in software modernization initiatives;
• Design and build tools and solutions based on LLMs and Python;
• Apply Generative AI techniques in legacy system modernization;
• Define technical and architectural guidelines for solutions;
• Guide and develop the team in software engineering best practices;
• Work together with business areas to translate needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Python;
• Experience with LLMs and development of Generative AI solutions;
• Experience in technical leadership of development teams;
• Experience with legacy system modernization;
• Knowledge of software engineering and development best practices.
