We are looking for a professional with solid experience in .NET and technical leadership to work as a Tech Lead .NET / AWS. This person will be responsible for guiding the team, defining standards, supporting architecture decisions, and ensuring the quality and continuous evolution of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Act as the team's technical reference;
- Define architecture, standards, and best practices;
- Support decisions and the resolution of complex technical problems;
- Perform code reviews and ensure delivery quality;
- Support the evolution of APIs, microservices, and integrations;
- Identify risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities;
- Support refinements, estimates, and the definition of technical strategy.
Requirements
- C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+;
- REST APIs;
- SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Code;
- Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and Microservices;
- Git, CI/CD, and Docker;
- AWS;
- Experience in the financial/banking sector.
Work model and location
Role based in São Paulo, with a hybrid work model, combining in-person days and remote work days.
