Tech Lead .NET

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Lead .NET / AWS with solid experience in .NET and technical leadership. The professional will be responsible for guiding the team, defining standards, supporting architecture decisions, and ensuring the quality and continuous evolution of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the team's technical reference;
• Define architecture, standards, and development best practices;
• Support decisions and solve complex technical problems;
• Perform code reviews and ensure delivery quality;
• Support the evolution of APIs, microservices, and integrations;
• Identify risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities;
• Support refinements, estimates, and the team's technical strategy.

Requirements

• Strong experience in C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+;
• REST API development;
• Application of SOLID, Design Patterns, and Clean Code;
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, and Microservices;
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Docker;
• Experience with AWS;
• Experience in the financial/banking segment.

Work model and location

The position follows a hybrid work model, with in-person activities in São Paulo combined with remote work days.
