About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to implement SRE, observability, and reliability practices using Dynatrace Managed and SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Implement SRE, observability, and reliability practices using Dynatrace Managed and SaaS.
  • Monitor APIs and critical financial journeys, including PIX, Open Finance, SPB, TED, DOC, and digital wallets.
  • Apply SLIs/SLOs and perform analysis of latency, throughput, errors, and availability.
  • Develop dashboards and alerts for operations and the Command Center.
  • Work with automation, self-healing, and resilience practices, aiming to reduce MTTR, ensure high availability, and improve scalability.
