Functional QA (Hybrid Campinas 2-3 days per week)

Quality Analyst - Hybrid (Campinas - SP) - Main Responsibilities: Define and lead end-to-end testing strategies in projects; Support analysts by promoting QA best practices; Map business risks and design mitigation plans through exploratory and load testing; Direct iteration with the client for process definitions and quality policies. - Mandatory Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in QA/Software Testing, with proven track record in ERP projects (Oracle EBS, others); Expertise in Oracle EBS: validation of fiscal modules; Proven ability to adopt CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI); Experience in writing test scripts and using automation tools (Selenium, UFT, Robot Framework, Cypress, or similar). - Differentiators: Experience in SAP; Education: Complete degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields; MBA or specialization is a plus.
