Senior PMO Manager

About the Role

Senior PMO position on a strategic, global technology modernization program. The program involves migrating the Mainframe/COBOL ecosystem to the Rocket Software platform, adapting to the new alphanumeric CNPJ, automating testing, and using Artificial Intelligence for reverse engineering and system documentation.

The professional will be at the center of program governance, connecting local and global teams and ensuring disciplined execution of schedule, scope, budget, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage program schedule, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies (RAID Log).
• Lead executive governance, Steering Committees, and English-language status reports for local and global stakeholders.
• Ensure tracking of progress, quality, deliverables, and vendor management metrics.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodology and corporate compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced to fluent English, with daily use in communication with leadership and global teams.
• Prior PMO experience leading complex technology transformation and modernization projects.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with 4 in-person days per week in the Avenida Paulista area of São Paulo.
