:PL/SQL

Hybrid model 2 to 3 days a week in the Paulista region.

Responsibilities:

• Technically lead the PL/SQL development team, ensuring good coding practices, versioning, and code review; • Participate in defining architecture and technical solutions together with architects and systems analysts; • Assist in defining estimates, schedules, and tracking technical deliveries; • Perform code review and validation, guiding less experienced developers; • Be the technical point of contact with business areas, functional analysts, and clients; • Ensure the performance, scalability, and quality of developed solutions; • Support the identification and resolution of complex technical problems.

Required: • Previous experience in a technical leadership role or as a technical reference within the team; • Solid experience with PL/SQL development; • Mastery of procedures, packages, triggers, views, and performance tuning.
