COBOL Developer - 24/7 Support

About the Role

We are looking for a professional to join our Systems Support SQUAD, working on a 24x7 schedule to ensure the stability of production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incidents in the production environment;
• Document the analysis and resolution of incidents on client portals;
• Develop implementation plans and execute the deployment of fixes;
• Provide support and respond to requests from the Bradescard production and quality assurance teams;
• Provide support and respond to requests from the Bradesco production and new IT teams;
• Work in a Systems Support SQUAD on a 24x7 model.

What We Expect From You

Prior experience with COBOL mainframe development, incident management, and support in critical production environments. Availability to work on a 24x7 schedule.
