We are seeking a Technical Lead to support critical financial applications and products, ensuring high availability, performance, and system reliability. This individual will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the team, resolving complex incidents, and driving the continuous evolution of architecture and engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the support of critical business financial applications and products.
• Manage and resolve high-complexity incidents, performing root cause analysis and defining preventive actions.
• Ensure the availability, stability, performance, and security of production systems.
• Coordinate and provide technical guidance to development and support teams.
• Participate in defining and evolving solution architectures, promoting scalability, resilience, and software engineering best practices.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvements in support, monitoring, and observability processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
• Conduct impact analyses, change management, and release planning.
• Promote process automation, DevOps practices, and operational efficiency improvements.
