About the Role

We lead the implementation of artificial intelligence-based solutions to automate the definition of technical and business requirements, with a focus on productivity, quality, and traceability.

We are seeking a senior professional to act as a bridge between business units, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between functional needs and implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of AI solutions to automate the definition of technical and business requirements.
• Support the definition of strategies for modernization, automation, and the use of AI as a delivery accelerator.
• Drive communication and technical governance with all involved departments.
• Define and evolve solution architectures, technical standards, and development best practices.
• Assess the impact of systemic and operational changes, identifying risks, dependencies, and impacts on business processes.
• Serve as the interface between business units, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Review solutions technically, support development teams, and disseminate knowledge.
• Participate in technical validations, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing, supporting the assurance of delivery quality.
