IT Infrastructure Project Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a professional with solid experience in technical leadership for IT infrastructure projects to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in on-premises and cloud environments.

The role covers all project phases: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and delivery, always focusing on high availability, security, and scalability of critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical leadership and coordination of IT infrastructure projects;
• Management of multidisciplinary teams in on-premises and cloud environments;
• Planning and execution of virtualization, networking, server, and storage projects;
• Involvement in requirements gathering, design, implementation, and delivery phases;
• Ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of environments;
• Change and risk management, and communication with stakeholders;
• Translating technical and business requirements into executable solutions.

Requirements

• Solid experience in technical leadership for IT infrastructure projects;
• Experience with on-premises and cloud environments;
• Knowledge of virtualization, networking, servers, and storage;
• Experience with agile methodologies and ITIL;
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile.

Differentials

• Certifications in VMware, Microsoft, ITIL, or PMP;
• Experience with change and risk management in critical environments.
