Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with solid experience leading end-to-end technology projects, working in consulting environments and fixed-scope (Fixed Price) projects, combining traditional and agile management practices. The professional will be responsible for the governance, planning, execution, monitoring, and recovery of strategic projects, ensuring the achievement of business objectives, performance indicators, deadlines, costs, and quality. The position was built based on the alignment performed for the role and the need to operate in a multi-project and multi-client environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from start to finish, being responsible for managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.
• Work on projects with a hybrid management model, using predictive and agile practices according to the needs of each initiative.
• Conduct governance forums, executive meetings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and report project performance indicators, creating dashboards, executive reports, and action plans.
• Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform structured diagnostics in critical projects, assessing management maturity, risks, schedules, controls, and governance.
• Structure, monitor, and execute recovery plans for projects with schedule, cost, quality, or scope issues.
• Support audit initiatives and assessments of compliance with project management methodologies and processes.
• Manage project finances, monitoring costs, budget, WIP, profitability, and contractual indicators.
• Manage contracts and ensure fulfillment of commitments made to clients.
• Collaborate with different areas and multidisciplinary teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment of initiatives.
• Conduct executive communication with clients, sponsors, leadership, and delivery teams.

Requirements

• Consolidated experience as a Project Manager on technology projects.
• Experience in technology consulting, software, systems, digital products, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end projects, acting directly as the person responsible for management and delivery.
• Solid knowledge of scope, deadline, cost, risk, schedule, and governance management.
• Experience with fixed-scope (Fixed Price) projects.
• Experience in hybrid environments, balancing traditional and agile management practices.
• Experience building and monitoring project indicators.
• Experience in financial management, budget control, and results monitoring.
• Knowledge of contract management, audits, and project methodologies.
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar).
• Experience in PMO, corporate governance, and organizational transformation.
• Experience in strategic programs or project portfolios.
• Experience in recovering critical projects.
• Knowledge of financial metrics and contract profitability.
