UiPath Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a UiPath Engineer to support and maintain RPA automations developed in UiPath. The professional will be responsible for analyzing and resolving incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes in automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Support robots and automated processes in UiPath;
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and execution failures;
• Develop fixes and minor enhancements to automations;
• Monitor and manage executions through UiPath Orchestrator;
• Analyze logs, handle exceptions, and identify root causes;
• Integrate automations with applications, APIs, files, databases, and web interfaces;
• Apply best practices for development, version control, and documentation;
• Work in support/AMS processes, with support from incident management practices.

Requirements

• Experience supporting RPA automations developed in UiPath;
• Knowledge of monitoring and managing executions in UiPath Orchestrator;
• Experience analyzing logs, handling exceptions, and identifying root causes;
• Skills in integrating with applications, APIs, files, databases, and web interfaces;
• Knowledge of best practices for development, version control, and documentation.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in support/AMS processes;
• Knowledge of ITIL and incident management.
