Senior Java & Kotlin Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to work on the development and maintenance of distributed systems in a cloud environment, participating in the evolution of scalable and high-availability solutions.

Requirements

1 - Solid experience with backend development using Java.

2 - Knowledge of Kotlin or willingness to learn and work with the language on a daily basis.

3 - Experience with microservices architecture.

4 - Experience with AWS services, especially:

ECS/Fargate

API Gateway

DynamoDB

SQS

SNS

5 - Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).

6 - Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration.

7 - Experience with development best practices, testing, unit and performance tests, and code review.

8 - Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with Kotlin in a production environment.

Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting in distributed applications, Splunk and Datadog.

Experience with cloud infrastructure and event-driven architecture.

Knowledge of Terraform
