About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead technical development initiatives, define architectures, and modernize systems in cloud environments. This is a remote position under a CLT employment contract.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership for development initiatives.
  • Define architectures and development standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
  • Drive system modernization and migration to cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Java 17+ (or higher).
  • Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
  • Microservices architecture and REST APIs.
  • Design Patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus).
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • CI/CD with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • Unit testing, integration testing, and code quality (JUnit, Mockito, SonarQube).
  • Observability and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Application Insights).
  • Application security (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect).
  • Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Work Model and Location

This is a 100% remote position under a CLT contract, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil.
