Senior Java Developer (Hybrid 3 days onsite - SP)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to design, implement, maintain, and evolve robust, scalable, secure, and observable Java solutions.

You will work closely with the architecture team and technical decision-makers, actively contributing to delivery quality and product evolution.

Technical Requirements

• Java 8/11/17/21 — 7+ years of experience
• Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch, and Spring MVC — 4 to 6+ years
• Microservices, REST APIs, and complex integrations — 4 to 6+ years
• Relational and NoSQL databases — 3 to 5+ years
• CI/CD, Git, Gitflow, and build tools — 3 to 5 years
• Unit and integration testing, JUnit, Mockito, and code quality — 3 to 5 years
• AWS or Azure Cloud — 3 to 5 years
• Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift — 2 to 4 years
• Messaging and events (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, and similar) — 2 to 4 years
• Architecture, patterns, and best practices (SOLID, Clean Code, Hexagonal, TDD) — 2 to 4+ years

Differentiators

• Event-driven architecture and event streaming
• Apache Camel, Camunda, Quarkus, and API Gateway
• Advanced observability (Dynatrace, Grafana, logs, and tracing) — 1 to 3 years
• API security, OAuth, OpenID, and cryptography — 1 to 3 years

Work Model

This is a hybrid role, with three on-site days per week in São Paulo.
