Senior Java/Kotlin Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to develop and evolve microservices in Java/Kotlin, build APIs and integrations with AI and Generative AI solutions, and actively participate in the squad's architectural definitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve microservices in Java/Kotlin.
• Build APIs and integrations with AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Participate in architectural definitions and provide technical support to the squad.
• Implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance solutions.
• Work on integrations, messaging, and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Java 11+, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Mastery of development best practices, SOLID, and Design Patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of RAG, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with observability and monitoring.

Behavioral competencies

Work model and location

This is a CLT role with a 100% remote work model, with no location restrictions.
