Senior Java Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer to work on developing high-performance solutions in a mission-critical environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and evolving robust systems, applying software engineering best practices, design patterns, and modern architecture. Experience with cloud computing, containers, databases, CI/CD, and observability is essential for day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance backends using Java.
• Apply Design Patterns such as Factory, Abstract Factory, Builder, Adapter, Bridge, Composite, Chain of Responsibility, Command, and Interpreter.
• Write code following SOLID principles and Clean Code standards.
• Work with AWS or Azure, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Orchestrate containers using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, ECS, or AKS).
• Model and integrate relational and NoSQL databases, such as RDS and DynamoDB.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or similar tools.
• Implement observability using Datadog and CloudWatch.
• Perform troubleshooting and performance analysis of applications.
• Work within the banking ecosystem, adhering to security and compliance requirements.
• Develop solutions using Generative AI, including LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Stores, and agent creation.

Preferred Qualifications

Cloud certifications, experience in large financial institutions, and projects involving Generative AI in production are highly valued differentials.
