NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Network & Security (NetSec) Analyst to be assigned to one of the leading clients in the automotive sector in the Brooklin region of São Paulo.


We are looking for a senior-level professional with extensive experience in complex corporate environments and strong expertise in networking, security, and telecommunications. The professional will be responsible for environment support, incident resolution, implementation of improvements, and technical client engagement, ensuring high service availability and excellence in service delivery.

Mandatory Requirements


  • Solid experience in Network & Security;
  • Experience providing on-site and remote support in LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Security environments;
  • CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Security certification;
  • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) certification;
  • Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks, Systems Analysis, or related fields;
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and the SNMP protocol;
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools;
  • Strategic vision for information security aligned with business needs;
  • Technical leadership skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Strong communication, organization, proactivity, and focus on service excellence;
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in large-scale corporate and mission-critical environments;
  • Experience with technical documentation and infrastructure asset management;
  • Experience proposing continuous improvements for network and security environments;
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and service management processes;
  • Consultative profile with strong ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle requests and incidents related to LAN, WAN, WLAN, Telecom, and Security technologies, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs;
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of tickets, conducting troubleshooting alongside vendors, internal teams, and the client;
  • Demonstrate technical mastery over the client's entire hardware and software infrastructure;
  • Identify root causes of incidents and ensure implementation of definitive solutions, involving other support groups when necessary;
  • Perform configuration and changes to VLANs on access switches in Cisco, Dell, and Palo Alto environments;
  • Execute replacement of network backup equipment;
  • Supervise vendors and third-party teams during activities related to network infrastructure;
  • Support diagnosis, configuration, and maintenance of devices such as Access Points, Switches, Routers, and Firewalls;
  • Handle telephony incidents, including fault identification, replacement of telephones, PBX administration, cables, and connectors;
  • Keep all technical documentation, asset inventory, user registration, and permission controls up to date;
  • Perform maintenance and support services for structured cabling, including rack organization;
  • Conduct periodic inventory and inspection of network assets, such as firewalls, routers, switches, access points, and racks;
  • Identify improvement opportunities in the client's environment, proposing action plans and infrastructure enhancements;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for environments and operational procedures;
  • Adopt a consultative approach, focusing on continuous improvement and excellence in client relationships.
