Responsibilities

• Plan, model, detail, and execute manual functional tests on Web, API, and Mobile.
• Understand demands and requirements, and define the test scope.
• Log, track, and report the status and progress of defects.
• Monitor quality indicators and metrics, generating reports and insights.
• Operate according to testing methodologies, including cycles, test cases, and traceability.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to promote a culture of quality.
