Junior Technical Support Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Analyst to work on-site in the Aldeota neighborhood of Fortaleza, CE. The professional will be responsible for user support, maintenance and control of IT equipment, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Responsibilities

• Carry out employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper allocation and decommissioning of equipment in the inventory;
• Format, clean, and prepare laptops;
• Open and track tickets with vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance;
• Control stock of IT equipment and supplies;
• Manage and update the equipment inventory, such as laptops and mobile phones;
• Provide user support in resolving hardware, software, and network issues;
• Perform user password resets;
• Configure Wi-Fi networks;
• Configure and provide support for Android and iPhone smartphones;
• Install and configure software and drivers, such as VPN, Office, among others;
• Support the identification and resolution of technical incidents;
• Work with basic networking knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience in on-site technical support, user assistance, and maintenance/configuration of IT equipment;
• Familiarity with Windows, Office, VPN, networks, Wi-Fi, laptops, and smartphones.

Differentials

• Experience with assembly and maintenance of Dell and HP laptops.

Work Model and Location

Work model is 100% on-site, in the Aldeota neighborhood, Fortaleza/CE. Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM.
