We are seeking a Support Analyst to provide support and maintenance for the HighJump/Körber WMS platform, ensuring stability, availability, and continuity of warehouse and logistics operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving L2/L3 incidents, investigating root causes, performing production troubleshooting, analyzing logs, queries, and integrations, as well as supporting fixes, adjustments, and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintenance of HighJump/Körber WMS in a production environment;
- Analysis and resolution of L2/L3 technical incidents;
- Root cause investigation and production troubleshooting;
- Analysis of WMS logs, queries, and integrations;
- Support for system fixes, adjustments, and improvements;
- Ensuring SLAs and stability of critical environments.
Requirements
- Experience with HighJump/Körber WMS in production support or technical development;
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations;
- Knowledge of MSSQL/PL-SQL for queries, data analysis, debugging, and problem resolution;
- Experience with incident management, SLAs, and critical environments;
- Ability to understand WMS integrations and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Azure;
- Experience in global logistics companies or supply chain consultancies.
Language
Intermediate or advanced English.
