About the role

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with specialized knowledge in Insurance and Accounts Payable and Receivable, to lead the functional testing cycle in Web, API, and Mobile environments. The professional will be responsible for ensuring delivery quality, monitoring metrics, and supporting the continuous improvement of QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, model, detail, and execute manual functional tests in Web, API, and Mobile.
• Understand demands and requirements and define the test scope.
• Manage defects: register, track, and report status and progress.
• Monitor quality indicators and metrics, generating reports and insights.
• Work according to a testing methodological framework, including cycles, test cases, and traceability.
• Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to promote a quality culture.

Requirements

• Experience in manual functional testing in Web, API, and Mobile environments.
• Specialized knowledge in accounts payable and receivable.
• Experience in Insurance Core
• Mastery of a testing methodological framework: cycles, test cases, and traceability.
• Experience in defect management, including registration, tracking, and status reporting.
• Experience monitoring quality indicators and metrics.
