QA Analyst with Artificial Intelligence

About the role

This role is intended for a Software Quality (QA) professional who will specifically work with Artificial Intelligence applied to Software Quality, combining testing and quality knowledge with the development and integration of AI-based solutions. The position is offered under the CLT employment model, in a remote format, to work on a project with the client Vale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using generative AI models, including LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Develop applications and data pipelines using Python.
• Structure, process, and analyze large volumes of data to generate strategic insights and support QA process improvements.
• Integrate AI models with corporate systems and APIs.
• Lead technical discussions and support architectural decisions related to the developed solutions.
• Ensure best practices in versioning, testing, security, and data governance.
• Act as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams, supporting the adoption and evolution of AI solutions applied to software quality.

Requirements

• Experience in development with Python.
• Knowledge of generative AI models, including LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience with software testing and quality (QA).
• Experience structuring, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of integrating AI models with corporate systems and APIs.
• Familiarity with best practices in versioning, testing, security, and data governance.

Preferred qualifications

• English proficiency will be considered a plus.
