Tasks and Responsibilities

The professional will be responsible for executing change tasks across various areas and handling service requests, all within the ServiceNow platform.
You will work with infrastructure products, performing manual application deployments until these activities are automated. You will also work with Kubernetes orchestration, containers, system integration, application servers, troubleshooting, provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of on-premises or cloud VMs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute changes and service requests in ServiceNow
- Perform manual application deployments
- Work with Kubernetes orchestration and containers
- Perform system integration and manage application servers
- Conduct troubleshooting, provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of VMs
- Work with on-premises and cloud infrastructure
Technical Requirements
- Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines, Sonar, and Fortify
- Knowledge of GitHub and ArgoCD
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and NodeJS
- Experience with Azure
- Knowledge of ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift), AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with observability tools: Dynatrace and Prometheus
- Knowledge of API Gateway: Axway and APIM
- Experience with messaging and logging: Kafka and Fluentbit
Work Model
Remote work from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
