We are seeking an organized, analytical professional with strong operational monitoring skills to support project governance in Infrastructure and IT. The professional will be responsible for supporting the control, documentation, and tracking of multiple projects, ensuring process standardization and the quality of information reported to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the updating of schedules, action plans, and project controls.
- Prepare and organize meeting minutes, status reports, executive presentations, and project documentation.
- Support the monitoring of risks, pending issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Update spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational indicators.
- Support the facilitation of monitoring meetings, ensuring proper recording and standardization of information.
- Assist in standardizing templates, processes, and workflows defined by leadership.
- Provide support for the governance of multiple projects simultaneously, primarily in IT and Operations environments.
- Ensure clear and aligned communication between involved areas, following coordination guidelines.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in project monitoring and governance.
- Knowledge in creating presentations, reports, and executive documentation.
- Experience with schedule control, action plans, and indicators.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in Infrastructure, Information Technology, or Operations projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, or similar).
- Familiarity with project management tools and dashboards.
