Analista de Dados - Presencial /SP

About the Role

Professional responsible for data analysis, the creation, development, and generation of reports and KPIs, using data and inputs obtained during service delivery, as well as the technological tools provided by the client for day-to-day activities.

The team will focus primarily on Quality Assurance (QA), data analysis, operational monitoring, and performance indicator generation, contributing to the monitoring and continuous improvement of services delivered.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis from operations;
• Create, develop, and track management and operational reports;
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance indicators;
• Support Quality Assurance activities;
• Identify deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities through data analysis;
• Use technological tools provided by the client for data collection, processing, monitoring, and visualization;
• Address specific requests related to data and indicator analysis;
• Support operations during special dates, as needed.

Requirements

You must have proficiency in the following tools:

• ServiceNow;
• Datadog;
• AWS QuickSight;
• Grafana.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis;
• Experience with building indicators;
• Experience with report development;
• Experience with Quality Assurance processes.

Work Model and Location

The role will be performed on an 8-hour-per-day, 5-day-per-week basis, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m., in an on-site model at CENESP in São Paulo, SP.
