Winthor (Totvs) Support Analyst

Tasks and Responsibilities

Niteroiense Distribuidora de Alimentos is a wholesale company founded in 2011 and headquartered in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). Operating with its own logistics in the food distribution segment (with a strong presence in candy distribution), the company is constantly expanding and structuring its internal processes.

We are looking for a Winthor Support Analyst (Mid-Level) to work on-site at our headquarters in Rio de Janeiro. The professional will be responsible for managing, supporting, and continuously improving the Commercial and Financial modules of the Winthor system (Totvs), working directly with autonomy and reporting to the company's president.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to users in the Commercial (Sales and Purchasing) and
• Financial modules of Winthor.
• Map, propose, and develop improvements to system processes and routines.
• Conduct training for internal teams on the correct use of
• tools and new features.
• Act as the focal point for contact and technical liaison with Totvs.
• Perform system analyses to ensure the stability and efficiency of operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Consolidated prior experience with the Winthor system (Totvs), preferably in the
• Commercial and Financial modules.
• Analytical profile, with good interpersonal communication and proactivity to propose
• solutions.
• Autonomy to work independently and manage support requests.
