Winthor (Totvs) Support Analyst – Mid-Level

About the Company

Niteroiense Food Distributor is a wholesale company founded in

2011 and headquartered in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). Operating with its own logistics in the food

distribution segment (with a strong presence in candy distribution), the company

is in constant expansion and structuring of its internal processes.

We are seeking a Winthor Support Analyst (Mid-Level) to work on-site at our

headquarters in Rio de Janeiro. The professional will be responsible for the management, support, and continuous improvement

of the Sales and Finance modules of the Winthor system (Totvs), working

directly with autonomy and reporting to the company's CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to users in the Sales (Sales and Purchasing) and

• Finance modules of Winthor.
• Map, propose, and develop improvements in system processes and routines.
• Conduct training for internal teams on the correct use of
• tools and new features.
• Act as the focal point of contact and technical intermediary with Totvs.
• Perform system analyses to ensure the stability and efficiency of operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Consolidated prior experience with the Winthor system (Totvs), primarily in the
• Sales and Finance modules.
• Analytical profile, with good interpersonal communication and proactivity to propose
• solutions.
• Autonomy to work independently and manage support demands.
