About the role

We are looking for a developer with a builder profile, who enjoys building products from scratch, has strong technical skills, and is interested in participating in product decisions. Here, you will have the autonomy to turn ideas into solutions, explore new technologies, and closely follow the evolution of what you develop.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve digital products using Python and artificial intelligence.
• Build end-to-end solutions, working across backend, database, and frontend.
• Develop pipelines for processing documents and structured data, combining deterministic rules and AI agents.
• Participate in product decisions, identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to the user experience.
• Investigate complex problems, learn about new domains, and turn business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Python and software development.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture and relational database modeling.
• Ability to work across different layers of an application.
• Experience or strong interest in digital product development and understanding user needs.
• Advanced English.

Tech stack

• Backend: Python, Django, Celery, and Redis.
• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Database: PostgreSQL.
• AI: PydanticAI and artificial intelligence agents.
• Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in high-growth startups.
• Experience building products from scratch.
• Experience with AI- and LLM-based applications.
• Knowledge of UI/UX, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of corporate finance.

Work model and location

The position is remote, at a full level. The role requires availability to work on weekends and holidays, as needed by operations. Saturdays may be part of the work routine, as well as holidays, according to the company's needs.
