We are in a rapid growth phase, and to continue developing our mission, we are looking for someone for the position of Technical Support 12x36 PJ

Your responsibilities will be:

• Provide high-quality technical support for our solution, serving clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to equipment and software
• Configure and provide support for Nexxto devices
• Diagnose, request equipment exchanges in the field, and track receipt by the client
• Schedule, instruct, and remotely monitor field technician visits
• Create and send technical visit reports to clients
• Request and track the return of equipment from clients, reverse logistics
• Proactive analysis and actions regarding connectivity issues in the client base
• Monitor service indicators (SLA, response time, customer satisfaction)
• Collaborate with development and product teams to report bugs and suggest improvements
• Conduct technical training for third-party support teams when necessary
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for technical support

Requirements

• Complete or ongoing higher education in IT, Engineering, or related fields
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in technical support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and objectively
• Organization, proactivity, and prioritization skills
• Focus on excellence in customer service.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

• Experience in the Health sector
• Solid knowledge in networking
• Experience with IoT or hospital equipment
