Senior AI Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Developer to lead the development of AI-based solutions, system integrations, and scalable automations. This role is intended for professionals with senior-level experience, with at least 4 years of hands-on software development experience and proven experience building solutions used in production environments. We are looking for someone with experience building robust applications, complex integrations, and solution architecture focused on high availability and performance. We are seeking a profile that wants to build high-impact solutions and actively participate in the company's technological evolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evolve, and maintain AI agents integrated with internal systems and third-party APIs.
• Design scalable architectures for automations and integrations.
• Develop and optimize workflows using n8n.
• Build integrations via REST APIs, Webhooks, and other system-to-system communication mechanisms.
• Implement solutions using AI models (OpenAI, Claude, and other LLMs).
• Develop Prompt Engineering strategies to maximize response quality.
• Work with queues, caching, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization.
• Monitor applications, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvements.
• Work together with product and business teams to define the best technical solutions.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong experience with API and integration development.
• Mastery of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT), Webhooks, and consuming external services.
• Hands-on experience with n8n.
• Knowledge of Redis, queue systems, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience consuming LLMs via API (OpenAI, Claude, or similar).
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Mastery of Git and versioning best practices.
• Knowledge of software architecture, microservices, and decoupled systems.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.
• Completed higher education degree.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Docker.
• Knowledge of messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with AI solutions for customer service, automation, or intelligent agents.
