Social Media Analyst

About the role

NewCorban is in a growth phase and is looking for a creative, strategic, trend-aware, and results-oriented Social Media professional. We don't want someone who simply feeds social media channels: we want someone who helps build and grow a brand. Here, you won't just be responsible for posting — you'll have room to propose, create, test, analyze, and turn ideas into results, taking part closely in content creation, shoots, campaigns, and strategies with the team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the brand's editorial calendar;
• Create strategic content for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels;
• Develop ideas and scripts for Reels, Stories, and commercial videos;
• Actively participate in content shoots and productions;
• Create content aligned with the different stages of the funnel;
• Identify trends, formats, and opportunities to increase reach and engagement;
• Develop strategies for lead generation and brand strengthening;
• Interact with the community and monitor the brand's positioning on social media;
• Monitor metrics, analyze results, and propose continuous improvements;
• Work together with the Marketing and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Social Media and content creation;
• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and Feed;
• Excellent writing skills and knowledge of copywriting;
• Ability to create content briefs, scripts, and content ideas;
• Knowledge of planning and editorial calendars;
• Ability to analyze metrics and turn data into actions;
• Completed or ongoing degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications

• Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA is a plus;
• Portfolio or case studies of content already developed.

Work model and location

CLT employment contract, 100% in-person, in Guarulhos – SP. We are looking for someone who wants to be immersed in the brand's day-to-day, taking part closely in content creation, shoots, campaigns, and strategies with our team.
