Tech Recruiter

We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to manage the recruitment and selection process for technology professionals, ensuring we attract top talent for our opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment and selection processes for technology roles (Development, Infrastructure, Data, Security, among others).
• Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and clients.
• Promote job openings across various platforms and sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, and perform behavioral assessments.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and oversee the entire selection process through to hiring.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout all stages of the process.
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and talent attraction strategies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruiting and selecting IT professionals.
• Knowledge of technical profiles (Developers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, among others).
• Experience with recruitment tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Geek, etc.).
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
