Tech Lead Java

We are looking for a Java Tech Lead to work on strategic and regulatory projects in the financial sector.

The person will be responsible for technically leading initiatives, serving as a reference for the development team, supporting architecture decisions, ensuring delivery quality, and contributing to robust and scalable solutions.

📍 Work model: Hybrid

📍 Location: Santo Amaro – São Paulo/SP

📍 On-site: 3x per week

Responsibilities:

Act as Tech Lead on regulatory projects;

Design solution architectures and support technical decisions;

Provide technical guidance to the development team;

Conduct reporting and technical alignments with stakeholders;

Participate in Pull Request (PR) approvals;

Support code quality analysis and development best practices.

Requirements:

Experience as a Java Backend Developer;

Knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases;

Experience with REST APIs;

Knowledge of Apigee;

Experience in architecture and development of corporate solutions;

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical teams.

Differentials:

Prior experience as a Tech Lead;

Experience working on regulatory projects;

Experience in environments with critical deadlines and deliverables;

Ability to work in high-pressure scenarios with constant changes.
