Technical Leader | AWS Cloud Migration Projects

We are looking for a Tech Lead to work in a hands-on role, technically leading a squad responsible for critical applications in the Sales area.

📌 Main challenges:

• Technical leadership of the squad and support for team development

• Definition of architecture and technical decision-making

• Evolution and maintenance of Java applications with Oracle database

• Work on modernization and migration projects to AWS

• Ensuring code quality, automated testing, and best practices

• Continuous improvement of processes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices

• Focus on scalability, performance, security, and system observability
