Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to work on the development and evolution of trading and post-trading systems in a critical environment integrated with B3.

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

Location: Santo Amaro – São Paulo/SP

Work involves trading and post-trading systems integrated with B3, following corporate standards, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow, and structured change management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development in Java/Spring Boot;
• Building APIs and integrations;
• Working in critical and high-availability environments;
• Evolution of trading and post-trading systems;
• Participation in agile methodologies and development processes;
• Working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Experience with ServiceNow and change management;
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment pipelines;
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot;
• Experience with relational databases.

Differentials:

• Experience in brokerages, banks, or asset management firms;
• Knowledge of trading, settlement, and custody;
• Knowledge of post-trading;
• Knowledge of CVM, ANBIMA, and B3;

Education:

• Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
