We are looking for a Mid-Level Java Developer with solid experience in back-end development using Java and Spring Boot, as well as knowledge of Oracle databases.

We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and collaborative professional to work on the maintenance and evolution of corporate systems, API development, integrations, and incident resolution, contributing to the technological modernization and continuous improvement of applications. We value professionals who leverage Artificial Intelligence tools in their daily work to increase productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

📍Model: Hybrid (2 days/week | São Paulo)

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the maintenance, support, and evolution of corporate systems developed in Java
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and system integrations
• Participate in the analysis, investigation, and resolution of production incidents and problems
• Perform database modeling, queries, and optimization for Oracle databases
• Contribute to the technological and architectural evolution of applications
• Develop solutions using a microservices-based architecture
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and business areas
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and scalability of applications
• Use Artificial Intelligence-based productivity tools to accelerate development, troubleshooting, and code review
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and technological solutions

Requirements and Skills

• Solid experience with Java development
• Practical knowledge and experience with Spring Boot
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with Oracle databases
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and query optimization
• Experience with Git and version control
• Experience with RabbitMQ or other messaging solutions
• Analytical mindset, hands-on approach, and autonomy to handle medium to high-complexity demands
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical teams and business areas
• Problem-solving skills and a sense of responsibility for deliverables
• Interest in innovation and adopting new technologies

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar
• Knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience with SQL Server
• Knowledge of system architecture and development best practices
• Experience with system and API integrations
• Experience in mission-critical and high-availability corporate environments
• Participation in technological modernization and continuous improvement projects
