We are looking for a Mid-Level Java Developer to join our Payments Tribe, a strategic environment responsible for critical, high-scale solutions within the financial ecosystem.

You will be part of a team focused on building and evolving modern payment systems with high availability, security, and performance, working within a microservices and event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve applications using Java
• Build APIs and microservices focused on payments
• Participate in architecture decisions and solution design
• Integrate systems using messaging and integration frameworks
• Ensure code quality with tools and best practices
• Work with large data volumes and high performance
• Work in a cloud environment (GCP)
• Collaborate with agile and multidisciplinary teams

Required Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Java development
• Mastery of Java 11+
• Experience with SonarQube
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of Apache Camel
• Experience with Apache Kafka
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

Differentials:

• Experience in payment systems or the financial market
• Knowledge in messaging and event-driven architecture
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD
• Knowledge in observability and monitoring
