Backend .NET / C# Support Engineer

Hybrid 3x per week on-site.

Responsibilities:

Work on the support and evolution of critical systems related to Open Finance (regulatory context).

Ensure the availability, stability, and compliance of regulatory integrations.

Monitor and analyze logs, metrics, and traces using Datadog, acting quickly on incidents.

Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvements.

Support system alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., Central Bank / Open Finance Brazil).

Work together with architecture, security, and product teams. Experience with development in .NET / C#

Knowledge of Open Finance Brazil (APIs, standards, security)

Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)

Experience with high-volume data and critical financial systems
