Enterprise Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Business and Solutions Architect to join the Artificial Intelligence structure at Banco BV.

This professional will be responsible for connecting strategy, business, and technology, supporting the evolution of AI initiatives and ensuring that solutions align with the corporate architecture, market best practices, and the organization's strategic objectives.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Business and Solutions Architecture

Understand and structure business-prioritized demands, translating needs and objectives into architectural and technological solutions;

Map AS IS and TO BE scenarios, developing architectural artifacts that support solution evolution;

Develop and maintain:

Value Streams;

Business Capabilities (Business Capability Maps);

Architectural Blueprints;

High-level solution designs.

Corporate Architecture

Work in an integrated manner with Business, Data, Applications, Integration, Infrastructure, and Security Architecture areas;

Promote alignment between strategy, business, and technology, ensuring adherence to the organization's architectural standards.

Solution Evolution and Standardization

Identify opportunities to reuse existing components, platforms, and capabilities;

Contribute to reducing technological complexity and increasing delivery efficiency;

Support engineering teams in defining and implementing scalable, resilient solutions that adhere to architectural guidelines.

🚀 Technical Requirements

Experience in Business Architecture and Solutions Architecture;

Experience in corporate architecture modeling and solution design;

Knowledge of architecture frameworks and standards, such as:

C4 Model;

ArchiMate;

Corporate architecture repository tools;

Experience with agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

Ability to evaluate technologies and define solutions aligned with business challenges.

Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence

Generative Artificial Intelligence;

Large Language Models (LLMs);

Agent-based Architectures;

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation);

Prompt Engineering;

AI Governance;

Architectures for AI-based solutions.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) framework;

Experience in architecture within the financial market;

Experience in digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence projects;

Knowledge of technologies such as:

Python;

Java;

Angular;

Flutter;

REST APIs and API Gateways;

Integration and messaging platforms.
