We are seeking a Functional Solution Architect to work on strategic digital transformation projects in the financial sector.

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in functional architecture and business analysis, capable of leading requirements gathering, modeling processes, defining solutions, and acting as the liaison between business and technology areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery phase, conducting functional and non-functional requirements gathering and analysis;
• Map AS-IS processes and define TO-BE processes;
• Create functional documentation, flows, and process models;
• Act as the interface between business, technology, and other stakeholders;
• Support the definition of integrated solutions considering impacts on legacy systems;
• Participate in architectural and technical decisions;
• Ensure the quality and traceability of deliverables;
• Work in an agile and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Experience in Functional Architecture or Business Analysis;
• Experience in Core Banking projects;
• Knowledge of credit products (Loans);
• Experience with Wholesale Banking;
• Process modeling using BPMN;
• Gathering of functional and non-functional requirements;
• Experience in digital transformation and implementation or migration of core systems;
• Experience with agile methodologies.

Differentials

• Experience with Temenos, Finastra, Mambu, or similar platforms;
• Knowledge of financial market regulations;
• Certifications in Architecture, Business Analysis, or Agile Methods.
