We are looking for a QA Engineer to work on strategic projects, ensuring the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
The professional will be responsible for planning and executing test strategies, supporting development and product teams, and contributing to the evolution of quality and automation processes.
📍 Work model: Hybrid
📍 Location: Santo Amaro – São Paulo/SP
📍 On-site: 3x per week
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute functional, regression, integration, and E2E tests;
Create and maintain test automation frameworks;
Review requirements and acceptance criteria with the product team;
Define quality metrics and monitor test coverage;
Support and mentor QA professionals at different levels;
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
Requirements:
Experience with test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium;
Knowledge of tools such as JUnit, TestNG, Postman, JMeter, and SonarQube;
Knowledge of languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript;
Experience with BDD methodologies (Cucumber/Gherkin), TDD, and shift-left testing practices;
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI;
Strong analytical skills and technical communication.
Differentials:
Experience in financial institutions;

Knowledge of software quality processes and large-scale automation.
