Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Dynatrace OneAgent in corporate environments.
- Create and customize dashboards, metrics, and monitoring reports.
- Configure alerts, notification policies, and proactive monitoring.
- Perform distributed transaction analysis (PurePath), identifying bottlenecks and performance improvement opportunities.
- Monitor hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud – AWS, Azure, and GCP).
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop automations using Dynatrace APIs and scripts in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Support observability, SRE, and DevOps initiatives, contributing to high service availability.
Requirements and Skills
- Advanced experience with Dynatrace, including installation, configuration, and administration of OneAgent.
- Experience creating dashboards, alerts, and application monitoring.
- Knowledge of application performance analysis and troubleshooting using PurePath.
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP).
- Knowledge of integration with ITSM tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automation using REST APIs and scripts (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Knowledge of DevOps, SRE, and Observability practices.
Desired Qualifications
- Dynatrace Associate or Dynatrace Professional certification.
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
- Knowledge of monitoring distributed applications and microservices.
- Experience in high-availability and mission-critical corporate environments.
