We are seeking a Senior Network Analyst to serve as the technical reference for the network infrastructure area at NAVA, a technology company with over 28 years of market experience.
The professional will technically lead the team, support management in strategies and improvements, and act as a tier-3 (N3) specialist in the support and evolution of the corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Technically lead the Network team;
- Support management in defining strategies, priorities, and environment improvements;
- Manage and support load balancing solutions with F5 BIG-IP;
- Manage and support Palo Alto Firewalls;
- Work on the administration, support, and evolution of the SASE Netskope solution;
- Manage and support routing and connectivity environments with Huawei routers;
- Lead the resolution of critical network infrastructure incidents;
- Provide specialized tier-3 (N3) support to the operational team;
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions;
- Participate in expansion, transformation, and modernization projects for network and security infrastructure;
- Ensure best practices for security, availability, and governance.
Mandatory Requirements
- Solid experience in corporate network infrastructure;
- Advanced knowledge of F5 BIG-IP;
- Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls;
- Experience with SASE Netskope solutions;
- Experience in administering and troubleshooting Huawei routers;
- Experience managing and handling critical network incidents;
- Experience in tier-3 (N3) support;
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networks;
- Experience with routing, switching, VLANs, NAT, and network protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRRP, and MPLS);
- Knowledge of architecture, implementation, and operation of large-scale networks.
