- Process Management: Create, document, and update flowcharts and operational standards, ensuring that the execution of activities is aligned with best practices.
- Monthly Intelligence (Reporting): Responsible for preparing the Monthly Results Book, consolidating operational data into executive presentations for the client.
- Recurrence Analysis: Conduct detailed diagnostics in the monitoring environment to identify repetitive failures, proposing definitive improvements to reduce the volume of incidents.
- Team Development: Develop and apply technical and process training, aiming for the constant improvement of employee performance and the reduction of operational errors.
- Quality Monitoring: Monitor compliance with SLAs and ensure that created processes are followed rigorously.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in monitoring environments (NOC/SOC) or Service Desk.
- Proficiency in mapping tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio) and advanced Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of methodologies such as ITIL, Lean, or BPM.
- Strong communication skills and a didactic profile for delivering training and operational alignment sessions.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
