We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in commissioning processes, an analytical mindset, and strong relationship-building skills to thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

📍 Hybrid in São Paulo (Vila Olímpia).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve commissioning rules, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize demands alongside business areas.
• Propose and implement process improvements and automations.
• Create and track performance indicators and monitoring.
• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders.

Requirements and Skills

• Prior experience with commissioning (experience in banks/fintechs is a plus).
• Relational and communicative profile, with strong negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and an automation-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing end-to-end demands.
• Problem-solving profile, focused on delivery and continuous improvement.

Differentials

• Experience in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of data (SQL, dashboards, etc.).
• Experience with process and indicator monitoring.
