About the role:

We are looking for a Monitoring Analyst I to join our IT operations team. The person will be responsible for monitoring events and systems in real time, conducting initial troubleshooting, and managing critical incidents that may impact the company's services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor events and systems;
  • Lead problem resolution by performing initial troubleshooting and engaging the responsible teams when necessary;
  • Manage critical incidents, coordinating efforts and promoting rapid actions to mitigate impacts on IT services;
  • Implement and monitor integrations between different solutions, optimizing processes and unifying the operational view;
  • Diagnose and resolve failures in monitoring tools, interacting with vendors to ensure performance and availability;
  • Support the implementation of new monitoring tools, expanding coverage and adding strategic functionalities;
  • Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence, ensuring knowledge sharing and process standardization;
  • Analyze and prioritize tickets based on criticality, ensuring proactive actions to prevent outages;
  • Monitor critical services and transactions, evaluating alarms and adopting preventive measures to avoid failures;
  • Occasional availability to work outside standard hours, especially during crises and high-impact incidents.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Experience with event monitoring and IT monitoring tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Zabbix, and OpsGenie;
  • Knowledge of ITIL (desirable) and experience with ServiceNow;
  • Experience with technical documentation in Confluence;
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and incident analysis;
  • Ability to lead problem resolution and act in crisis management;
  • Skill in working under pressure and making quick decisions;
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate actions across different teams;
  • Experience in the retail sector (a plus).
